How to Cancel Sketch
Need to cancel your Sketch subscription? This guide will walk you through the cancellation process step-by-step. Sketch subscriptions are managed through the web account, even though the app runs on macOS.
Important: Sketch is a macOS-only application. After canceling, you can continue using the last version of Sketch you downloaded, but you'll lose access to cloud features, Workspace collaboration, and future updates.
Note: After canceling, you'll retain access to Sketch Workspace and cloud features until the end of your current billing period.
Step 1: Log In as Admin
Go to Sketch and log in to your account. Make sure you're logged in as an Admin, as only Admins can manage Workspace subscriptions and billing settings.
Step 2: Access Your Workspace
Click on the "Switch Workspace" icon in the top left corner of the sidebar. Verify that your Workspace name is displayed correctly. This ensures you're managing the correct Workspace subscription.
Step 3: Open Settings
Click on the "Settings" icon at the top of the left sidebar. This will open the Settings menu where you can access various Workspace management options.
Step 4: Navigate to Billing
From the Settings menu, click on "Billing". This will take you to your billing management page where you can view your current subscription details, payment information, and manage your subscription.
Step 5: Cancel Subscription
If you added your billing details at sign up, click "Cancel Subscription". A confirmation window will appear on your screen. Sketch will display information about when your access will end and what happens to your Workspace and cloud documents. Review this information carefully, then confirm your choice to complete the cancellation process.
