How to Cancel Envato Elements
Need to cancel your Envato Elements subscription? This guide will walk you through the cancellation process step-by-step. Whether you subscribed through Envato Elements' website, we'll show you exactly how to cancel.
Note: After canceling, you'll retain access to Envato Elements until the end of your current billing period. Items you've already downloaded can continue to be used in your projects according to the license terms.
Step 1: Open My Account
While logged in to Envato, click your name in the bottom-left corner, then select My account.
Step 2: Find the Cancel Option
In the Manage subscription section, you’ll see the Cancel subscription option. Select it.
Step 3: Review Cancellation Details
Read the details of your cancellation request (when access ends, what happens to your account, etc.).
Step 4: Survey (Optional)
You can help Envato improve by filling out the survey. This step is optional.
Step 5: Confirm Cancellation
If you wish to continue, click Cancel My Subscription to finalize. You’ll receive a confirmation email.

Envato Elements doesn't offer a pause option. However, you can cancel and reactivate anytime.
- Check your email for the cancellation confirmation
- Confirm you completed the flow: name → My account → Manage subscription → Cancel subscription → Cancel My Subscription
- Verify the cancellation date matches the end of your billing period
- Contact Envato Elements Support if charges continue after that date
Items you've already downloaded can continue to be used in your projects according to the license terms. However, after cancellation, you cannot use items to create new projects, even if downloaded prior to cancellation.
You'll lose access to the Elements library after your subscription ends, but downloaded items remain accessible in your account for a limited time. Make sure to download any items you need before your subscription expires.
