Troubleshooting
- Make sure you're signed in to the correct Apple ID
- Try accessing subscriptions directly: appleid.apple.com
- If you have Apple One, you'll need to cancel Apple One instead
- Clear your browser cache and cookies, then try again
If you subscribed through Google Play or another third party, you'll need to cancel through that platform's subscription management system, not through Apple's website.
If you have Apple One (which includes Apple Music, iCloud+, Apple TV+, etc.), canceling Apple One will cancel all included services. You cannot cancel individual services within Apple One.
Apple Music doesn't offer a pause option. However, you can cancel and reactivate anytime. Your playlists will be saved but inaccessible until you resubscribe.
- Check your email for the cancellation confirmation
- Verify the cancellation date matches the end of your billing period
- Contact Apple support if charges continue after the cancellation date
