How to Cancel Peacock

Note: After canceling, you'll retain access to Peacock until the end of your current billing period. After that, you'll lose access to all Peacock content.
Step 1: Sign In to Your Account
Open your web browser, navigate to PeacockTV.com, and then sign in to your account if prompted.

Click "Cancel plan" again on this screen. The next screen will tell you that your Peacock TV plan has been successfully canceled and when you'll have access to the streaming service. You'll receive a confirmation email.

Troubleshooting

- Click your profile icon on the main Peacock TV screen
- Click "Account" to access your account settings
- Make sure "Plans and Billing" is selected
